If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return* it for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee within 7 days of receiving it. Shipping fees & Route Protection are not refundable.
You will also be responsible for return shipping fees.
Only units purchased directly from the Dab Rite™ website are eligible for returns.
Please e-mail help@dabrite.com with your name and invoice number if you wish to request a return.
*For orders made with Klarna, you may return your order for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Applies to all items purchased only with Klarna and must be unopened/unused for sanitary reasons to qualify. Restock fees, credit/exchange is not applicable for Klarna purchases.
If you receive a faulty unit and wish to make an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the unit and we will send you a pre-paid return label via email to begin the exchange process
Dab Rite warrants the original purchaser of its products, when subjected to ordinary and intended use, will be free of defects of material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year after your purchase for Dab Rite OG v1.2 and PRO 2.0; and six (6) months for batteries. If you purchase from an unauthorized seller, your warranty will be void.
All warranty claims must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
Dab Rites™ are tamper evident – opening the base of your unit for any reason will void your warranty.

All unauthorized returns will be refused for delivery. We are not responsible for packages sent to us that are not in compliance with our policies.
