FUNCTION TROUBLESHOOTING:

Q: My Sensor suddenly stopped working and isn't reading the correct temperature!  What should I do?

A: This is a common issue that can occur, especially when using a Slurper type banger.  Take a cotton swab, dip it in isopropyl alcohol and swab out your Dab Rite Sensor!  If that still doesn't correct the issue, please email us at help@dabrite.com

 

Q:  Why won't my Dab Rite charge? 

A:  Please ensure that you are using the charging cable that we provided, a USB-C to USB-C cord will not work.  It must be USB-A to USB-C

 

Q: My Dab Rite's arm is loose or won't stay in position

A: Please send a short video to help@dabrite.com and we will begin an exchange!

 

SHIPPING:

To ensure that your order is processed and shipped as efficiently as possible, please double check that your shipping information is entered FULLY and CORRECTLY.  In addition, the use of all correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, are critical to ensuring a timely delivery of your Dab Rite. 

WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST, MISPLACED, OR INCORRECTLY DELIVERED SHIPMENTS IF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS INFORMATION PROVIDED IS INCORRECT OR INCORRECTLY ENTERED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

After your order has been placed, a confirmation will be sent to your email address that includes all of your order info. Please review your order confirmation email carefully and make sure your shipping information is correct. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email help@dabrite.com right away!
If our fulfillment center cannot ship the order due to an incorrectly entered shipping address, the order will be delayed, and in some cases cancelled and refunded. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused but this issue is out of our control.

 

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? 

Orders take roughly 3-5 business days to process through our fulfillment center under normal circumstances.  You’ll receive an automatic shipping email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. 

Your tracking email may end up going to your spam folder.  In order to prevent this from happening please add help@dabrite.com & hello@dabrite.com to your address book.

Throughout the Holiday season, please anticipate up to 7 business days for order processing due to the increased volume of orders

 

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?

If your order has not been shipped (you haven't received a shipping confirmation email) please send an email to help@dabrite.com and we will do our best to get to the order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee it.
